We use a statistical model with prioritisation and weighting, designed to reflect expert judgement while relying only on open and accessible sources.
Well known sources such as FATF, the European Commission list of high risk third countries, the EU list of non cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes, World Bank data and openly licensed corruption indices. We also use trade data, border and border openness data, transparency proxies and more.
The model runs every day. If the underlying sources have not changed, the scores stay the same.
